Education-first wellness for people who move.
Zazige was built around a straightforward idea: active adults deserve clear, evidence-informed wellness education that speaks to their actual lifestyle. Not generic fitness advice. Not clinical intervention. Something in between.
The program focuses on three areas that research consistently shows matter for people who exercise regularly: hydration, recovery, and daily routine structure. We present these topics as educational content, drawing on established wellness science to give participants a working understanding of how their body responds to activity.
Everything is delivered as general wellness education. The program does not provide medical advice, personalized health guidance, or clinical recommendations of any kind.
Wellness science can be dense. We work hard to translate concepts into plain language without losing accuracy. If a topic is genuinely complicated, we say so rather than oversimplifying.
Our job is to inform, not to tell people what to do. Participants leave sessions with more knowledge and more questions worth exploring with their own healthcare providers.
Active adults have existing knowledge and experience. Sessions are designed to build on what participants already know rather than starting from zero or talking down to the audience.
Each session follows the same structure: concept introduction, practical context, Q&A. Predictable format reduces cognitive load and lets participants focus on the content itself.
Sessions run approximately 45 minutes each, with 15 minutes reserved for live Q&A. They are held via a standard video conferencing platform, accessible from any device with a browser.
Participants receive reference materials before each session covering the key concepts that will be discussed. These are designed for review, not as a substitute for attending the live session.
The full series spans three modules, each containing four sessions. Modules can be attended independently, though the series is designed to work as a complete program.
Zazige is based in Charlotte, NC, though the webinar format means participants can join from anywhere. Sessions are scheduled in Eastern Time.
